Weekend work on site

The site team has not been working on weekends for a few weeks; however it is possible that weekend work may resume on an ad hoc basis over the next few weeks.
Weekend work will be restricted to Saturdays 8am-1pm only, and Kier intends to carry out internal work where possible to avoid disruption to the Kingsmoor Park residents and local neighbours.

Notification of demolition of Withay House

The planned demolition of Withay House, off Moor Lane, will commence on Monday 22nd June to enable construction of phase 7.

The works are expected to take around 2 weeks and will be complete by early July.

De-watering programme to restart in April

The de-watering programme will restart in early April. This means that a generator will be running 24 hours a day until the de-watering is complete, which is expected to take around 3 months.

The generator will be situated in the middle of the site and should not cause any disturbance to surrounding residents.
