Construction

Construction of the 224 affordable rented homes was complete in December 2016, and all homes are occupied.  Construction of the remaining homes for private sales continues and Kier are expected to be on site until early 2018.

Completion of homes

kingsmoor-park-development-phasesCompletion of the homes for each phase is illustrated in the following table.  The programme completed on time, with first completion at the end of February 2015 (phase 1) and completion of the final homes in December 2016 (phase 5).
